About the event
Chicago Northshore Elks Lodge No. 1316 is co-hosting their annual Flag Day Ceremony with Des Plaines Lodge No. 1526. VFW Post 3579 Veterans along with Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 242 and Cub Scout Pack 3942 will be partaking in the ceremony.
There will be nine flags involved in the ceremony dating back to the American Revolution. A brief history and meaning of each flag will be read as the flags are presented. All are welcome!
